These terms govern your use of Inovix Technology's website and services. By working with us or using our site, you agree to these terms. If you have questions about anything here, just ask us before getting started.

Using our services

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have permission from a parent or guardian.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others.

What we provide

Inovix Technology provides software design, development, deployment, and support services.
The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for each engagement are agreed upon separately in a written agreement or proposal.
We reserve the right to update or improve our services at any time. We will communicate any significant changes that affect ongoing engagements.

Payments

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. In general, work begins after an agreed deposit is received.
If payments are delayed, we reserve the right to pause work until the outstanding balance is settled.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

Intellectual property

All work we produce for you under a paid agreement becomes your property once payment is complete, unless your agreement states otherwise.
We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you ask us not to in writing.
Our website content, brand assets, and tools remain the property of Inovix Technology.

Confidentiality

We treat everything you share with us as confidential. We will not share your business information, ideas, or data with third parties without your permission.
If you need a formal non-disclosure agreement before sharing sensitive information, just ask us.

Ending the relationship

Either party can end an engagement with written notice. The terms for this are usually specified in your service agreement.
You remain responsible for payment for any work completed up to the point of termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
